Hello and welcome to the Iceman Trophy website. This site is all about our friend and Road racer Joakim Karlsson who tragically lost his life at the TT races on May 30th 2005. This Swedish star left his mark on everyone he met. A vitality and zest for life rarely equalled these days. These series of Trophies are created in his memory and will be awarded to stars, like Joakim, who travel from far off to come to these race meetings to compete and test their skills against our own Roadracing heroes. In this way, not only does Joakim's name continue to live on with us, but the spirit and endeavour with which he lived also lives on in his name - 'The Iceman' Photo on right - Jimmy Moore
